DOST-SEI Scholarship Examination Framework
The Department of Science and Technology - Science Education Institute (DOST-SEI) conducts annual competitive examinations for senior high school STEM strand graduates and top 5% non-STEM qualifiers. The test measures scientific aptitude, mathematical problem-solving, and abstract non-verbal reasoning.

Standardized T-Score Ranking & Selection Mechanism
DOST-SEI converts raw subtest scores into standardized T-scores with a mean ($mu$) of 50 and standard deviation ($sigma$) of 10:
